Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using roomofsora.com. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Room of Sora ("Company", "we", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from roomofsora.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details — all transactions are processed securely by Razorpay. Room of Sora shall not be liable for any payment failure caused by your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders & Cancellations
An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 2 hours of placement by contacting orders@roomofsora.com. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed.
5. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch confirmation. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, sealed products in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned except in the case of defect or damage. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on roomofsora.com — including brand name, logo, photography, product names, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Room of Sora and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Room of Sora's liability in connection with any product or purchase is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
